Terms & Conditions – Parkment
1. Provider

2. Scope
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Parkment platform as well as all parking reservations made through it. By using the platform or completing a booking, the customer accepts these Terms & Conditions in their current version.
By completing a booking, the customer also accepts the Terms & Conditions of the selected parking provider, as the actual service contract for the parking service is concluded exclusively between the customer and the parking provider.
3. Service Description
Parkment is a comparison and booking platform that allows customers to review and reserve airport parking services. Parkment does not operate any parking facilities and does not provide parking services itself.
The contract for the parking service is formed solely between the customer and the selected parking provider. The provider is solely responsible for the availability, quality, safety, and performance of the parking service.
Prices displayed on the platform are provided by the respective parking providers and may vary dynamically. Parkment strives to ensure accurate information but cannot guarantee the correctness or availability of prices or offers.
4. User Accounts
Customers may create a user account to manage their bookings. The customer agrees to:
- provide accurate and up-to-date information
- keep login data confidential
- avoid misuse of the platform
- refrain from using automated systems, bots, or any activities that may compromise the platform
Parkment reserves the right to restrict or deactivate accounts in case of misuse, fraudulent actions, or violations of these Terms & Conditions.
5. Booking and Contract Formation
When the customer completes a booking through Parkment, Parkment acts solely as the intermediary. The contract for the parking service is concluded directly between the customer and the selected parking provider.
Parkment is not a contractual party to the parking service and is therefore not responsible for performance failures, operational issues, or service-related problems of the parking provider.
6. Pricing and Payment
The prices displayed on the platform are determined by the parking providers. They may change at any time depending on availability and provider rules.

Payment is due in full at the time of booking.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
The following rules apply to all cancellations made through Parkment:
Free cancellation – more than 24 hours before the scheduled parking time:
- Cancellation is free of charge.
- The full amount paid will be refunded.
Cancellation within 24 hours before the scheduled parking time:
- The customer will receive 20% of the booking amount as a refund.
- 80% of the booking amount will be retained by Parkment.
- Refunds are processed using the original payment method and typically take 2–3 business days.
8. Liability
Parkment is liable only for its own errors within the booking and mediation process, and only to the extent such errors are caused by intent or negligence.
Parkment is not liable for any issues, damages, or losses arising from the use of the parking facility. The parking provider is solely responsible for all matters related to the parking service.
Parkment accepts no liability for:
- damage to the vehicle (scratches, dents, tire damage, glass damage, etc.)
- theft, break-ins, vandalism, or loss of items inside the vehicle
- loss or mishandling of vehicle keys by the provider
- towing, relocation, or any on-site actions carried out by the provider
- delays, shuttle service issues, or operational disruptions
- safety deficiencies or technical malfunctions at the parking location
Any claims, complaints, or damage reports must be submitted directly to the parking provider.
9. Customer Obligations
The customer agrees to:
- provide correct vehicle information
- follow all instructions provided by the parking provider
- not leave hazardous goods or prohibited items in the vehicle
- use the parking facility as intended
Failure to comply may result in denial of service by the provider, without entitlement to a refund.
10. Changes to the Terms & Conditions
Parkment reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated version takes effect once published on the website.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed exclusively by German law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the use of the platform is Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
Refund Policy – Parkment
1. Scope
This Refund Policy applies to all reservations made through Parkment for airport parking services. Parkment acts solely as an intermediary between customers and the respective parking providers. The delivery, quality, and liability of the parking service are the sole responsibility of the selected provider.
2. Reservation and Payment
Payment is processed immediately during the online reservation on the Parkment platform. Once the booking is completed, the selected parking space is reserved bindingly.
3. Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation – more than 24 hours before the parking start:
- A cancellation is free of charge if submitted more than 24 hours before the scheduled parking time.
- In this case, the full amount paid will be refunded.
Cancellation within 24 hours:
- If the cancellation is made within 24 hours before the scheduled parking time, the customer will receive a 20% refund of the booking amount.
- 80% of the booking amount will be retained by Parkment.
- A full refund is not possible within this timeframe.
4. Cancellation Process
Customers can cancel their reservation at any time via the “Cancel Booking” page on the Parkment website.
The following details must be entered exactly as stated in the booking:
- Full name
- Booking number
After successful cancellation, customers will automatically receive an email confirmation.
5. Refund Processing
Refunds are issued according to the conditions outlined above.
Processing usually takes 2–3 business days.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used at the time of booking.
6. Parkment as an Intermediary
Parkment solely provides the comparison and booking platform. The parking service itself, including all performance, quality, and liability matters, is provided exclusively by the selected parking provider. Any complaints regarding the parking service must be directed to the respective provider.
